100 medals for The Battle of Bosworth Triathlon Sprint & Standard on the 9th June 2024.
I created two prototypes for the race medals, one from a slice of seasoned Ash the other from 4mm plywood. The plywood version was preferred, laser cutting and engraving commenced. I fitted 11 blanks per sheet of plywood, using 10 plywood sheets gave me 10 spare blanks just in case there were any issues when engraving the front and back of the medals.
